Breakfast:
1 bowl of creamy corn soup
1 hot tea
Lunch:
4tsp rice
1 slice of fried chili fish
1/2 salt fish
Chicken soup
Traditional chili sauce
Snack:
1 rice cracker
Dinner:
2 slice margarita pizza by ranchMarket
Nachos w/ salsa sauce,don't know where it from.
Supper:
1 full plate of marcaroni carbonara
Exercise:
10 minutes
Snack:
Organic vegetables n apple juice bevarage
Summary:
The cold weather made my belly screaming for more food tonight n ended up cooking macaroni carbonara by my self,thank God I used non fat milk n low fat cheese for the carbonara sauce.But still I did a lil exercise after that n forced my self again to drank the not so delicious at all organic bevarage to detox all the bad fat in my body.

Hon, I guess it's beverage, not bevarage. Correct me if I'm wrong too... ^^ Btw, kenapa gak bikin di satu entri? Kalo loe tiap hari nulis kayak gini mah bakal penuh banget dalam satu bulan. Ya gak sih? Toh ngupdate nya sekarang gampang?
