Boiled brocoli w/ salsa sauce
1 glass of fruit cocktail aka es buah
Dinner by d'excelso:
1 baked potato n cheese *recommended*
1 ice choco
Exercise:
50 x crunch
Supper:
1 glass of fruit cocktail
Summary:
It had been long time since the last time I drank my mom fruit cocktail and I love the meat n cheese inside the baked potato,make me craving for more ^^
