ANN'S DIET TRACKER #2...

DAY 8 <22.01.09>
09.00 : Wake up
10.30 : Brunch - a bowl of Instant Noodle + a piece of Chili Egg
11.30 : Take a bath + using a Day Cream
13.00 : Lunch - half portion of Rice + a Gepuk + little of Salty Fish Pare by Bumbu Desa
15.00 : Snacks - a glass of Afogato by Java Beans (Vanilla Ice Cream with Espresso. If you love bitter coffee with a little sweet touch you'll be like it. I'm not a fan of it. But the Toffee Nut Latte is so yummy!)













19.00 :
Snacks - 9pc of Small Fried Otak
21.00 : Dinner - 7pcs of Lamb Satay by Sate Lombok (so recommended) + a glass of Lemonade
03.45 : Sleep + using a Night Cream

Notes: No exercise these days 'coz I slept over at my friends place.

DAY 9 <23.01.09>
09.00 : Wake up
09.30 : Breakfast - 3 spoons of rice + a little piece of Traditional Fried Chicken + a little portion of Chili Cabbage
13.00 : Lunch - 5 spoons of Rice + Ayam Semur
14.00 : Take a bath - using a Day Cream
15.00 : Afternoon Tea - Vanilla Milkshake by Chocodeli
18.00 : Dinner - Sloppy Beef Burger by Mr.Moo (recommended)
21.00 : Snacks - 2pcs of Martabak Telor
01.00 : Sleep

Notes: Still can't do an exercise coz still slept over. Too lazy to go home ^^ And I think the PMS got me, so these days I ate a lot. Must control that remembered I didn't do any exercise beside Malling ^^

DAY 10 <24.01.09>
09.00 : Breakfast - 5 spoons of Rice + half of Scrambled Egg
10.00 : Take a bath + using a Day Cream
11.00 : Snacks - 4pcs of Mini Oranges
13.00 : Breakfast - 5 spoons of Rice + some Padang Chili Salty Fish + a Perkedel Padang
17.00 : Snacks - a plate of Cheesy French Fries + some Banana Caramelize by Chillout. 5 glass of Beer.
23.30 : Late Snacks - a Twister + some French Fries by KFC
02.00 : Sleep

Notes: I always ate rice if I slept over at Mia's. And today the Beer got me. Even it only contain small alcohol, but if you drink 5 glass you'll be got drank too. Although it only last for a while, but I'm happy. And got a lot of smokes too.

DAY 11 <25.01.09>
10.30 : Brunch - a bowl of Fried Instant Noodle
13.00 : Lunch - a portion of Baso Kuah + Es Teler by Mang Oyen
20.00 : Dinner - 3 spoons of Rice + a Mentega Kecap Shrimp + a Saos Padang Crab + a little of Gurame Bakar + a little of Kangkung Hot Plate by HDL (recommended)
22.00 : Late Snacks - a small portion of Baby Beef + half glass of Green Tea Frappe by Warung Pasta
01.30 : Sleep + using a Night Cream

Notes: Lately I'm sick of anything connected to Chicken... So I'm trying to avoid food that contain Chicken. And my appetite going less again...

DAY 12 <26.01.09>
09.00 : Breakfast - a portion of Porridge
11.00 : Snacks - 2pcs of Bagelen, a can of Soya Bean
13.30 : Lunch - a medium portion of Penalty Kick + a slice of Meat Seduction Pizza + a slice of Smoke Get + a glass of Mango Squash by Warung Pasta
17.30 : Take a bath
19.00 : Dinner - half bowl of Hainan Rice + half piece of Lumpia Udang Kulit Tahu + some Roasted Duck + some Garlic Mushroom + some Ayam Tausi + some Mayo Shrimp + some Mah Po Tofu + some Kangung + a glass of Green Delight by the Duck King (recommended)
02.00 : Sleep + using a Night Cream

Notes: Today is my boyfriend birthday.

DAY 13 <27.01.09>
08.30 : Wake up
09.30 : Breakfast - 2pcs of Bagelen
12.00 : Brunch - 5 spoons of Rice + a bowl of Instant Noodles
15.30 : Lunch - 3 spoons of Rice + a lil of Beef Stew
16.00 : Take a bath + using a Day Cream
17.00 : Snacks - a portion of Meatball
20.00 : Snacks - a portion of Tahu Stick, 2 Oranges
01.30 : Sleep + using a Night Cream

Notes: the Tahu Stick count as Dinner, since I didn't have a real dinner. I'm too full to eat dinner.

DAY 14 <28.01.09>
08.30 : Wake up
09.00 : Breakfast - half plate of Chicken Porridge
10.30 : Take a bath + using a Day Cream
12.30 : Lunch - Rice + a piece of Fried Duck by Bebek van Java (recommended. the chili is so yummy and hot!)
16.30 : Snacks - a stick of Feast Ice Cream by Walls
17.00 : Dinner - a bowl of Meatball
20.00 : Late Snacks - a glass of Toffee Nut Blend + 4pcs of Sicilia Pizza by Java Bean


Notes: I felt like I wanna puke. Not because I ate so much, but because I don't have an appetite but I forced to eat. I really full when I went to Rumah Mode with my gf, but we want to smoking, so we end up with those foods... Damn!
