1 traditional fried chicken
2 pieces of beef semur
Snack:
2 pieces of sawo
Exercise:
A quick 15 minutes belly n varioust exercise
Supper:
Organic beverage
Summary:
I dropped rice from my dinner today and replaced it with lot of protein,following sis MLA method since I ate too many foods these last few day.And today I realized that lately I stuck with traditional fruits from rambutan,nangka n today sawo hehehe
