Bec's FnB stories of 120209 to 190209

Breakfast:
Hot tea

Snack 1:
1 fried tahu

Lunch by satay senayan:
1 nasi pecel with empal *recommended*

Snack 2:
2 nastar *recommended,but don't know where it from*
1 choco ginger cookie *kjebak,gw benci jahe2an,aplg yg brasa bgt jahenya ><

Snack 3 aka pre dinner:
Indomie kaldu ayam

Exercise:
Swimming around 35 minutes

Dinner:
Tahu schottel
Boiled brocolis

Snack 4:
4 cireng
Tiny bite of my nephew's food such as cheese to vanila creame *maen ibu2an mode on*

2 small pieces of traditional fried chicken
Some fried chili egg plant

Snack 1:
2 pieces fried singkong

Snack 2:
Tiny bite of amna's cake by ranch market *recommende but don't know what the name is*

Dinner:
3tsp of brown rice
1 fried chili chicken
Boiled brocolis
2 or 3 pieces of peyek

Snack 4:
Organic beverage

Exercise:
Hand exercise 15 minutes

1 strawberry yoghurt

Snack 2 by la forca:
1 diet cake

Dinner by sushi groove:
1 piece of ebi tempura sushi
4 pieces of salmon sashimi
1\2 piece of beef hamburg
1 cold ocha

Snack 3 by kfc:
1 piece of original fried chicken

Snack 4:
1 cup of vanilla ice cream by hagen daz
1 gold banana *homamade banana split mode on,gara2 gw lg mkn ice cream dpaksa mkn pisang ma sf hehehe*

1 lil piece of strawberry mouse by seven grain

Snack 2:
1 cup of vanilla ice cream hagen daz
1 bottle of vitazone

Lunch:
1 original kfc fried chicken
4 pieces of chicken satay by satay senayan
1 mix berries yoghurt

Snack 3:
Few pieces of grapes
Few pieces of kuku macan *some kind of krupuk from kalimantan*
4 pieces of tiramisu choco by olivia

Dinner by pepper lunch:
1 beef curry lunch
Lemon tea
Lil nip of caramel ice cream

1 cheese burger mcd
3 pieces of cireng

Snack 2:
1 mango juice

Dinner:
4 tsp of rice
1 Fried chili chicken
Salt fish

Shared 1 large french fries

Dinner:
1 fish fillet
1 small slice of blueberry cheese cake *Recommended,too bad don't know where it from since we got as a present for my aunty's bday from bank mandiri*

1 margarita pizza by ranch market

Lunch by bakmi permata:
1 noddle meatball

Snack 1:
Lil pilus

Exercise:
Treadmill 52 minutes

Dinner:
3 tsp of rice
Few pieces of Fried puyuh egg aka telur puyuh :p

Snack 2:
1 small slice of sweet martabak choco
1 small slice of sweet martabak nut

1 french toast
1 hot lemon tea

Snack 1 by starbuck:
1 tall hot hazelnut green tea latte. ♡recommended,this is a special request you can't find it in the menu,you have to ask♡

Lunch by okiro box/okoro box *not sure which one ^^*
1 fried soba
1 small pack of abc lychee juice

Snack 2:
1 slice of cheese cake

Snack 4:
Greenfield organic beverage

Dinner:
1 fried crispy chicken by unknown place *i got it from iman*
1 small piece of chicken rendang

Big Summary:
Starting next monday I hope I can start to control what I consume again esp during dinner and stop consuming too many high calories FnB at the same day. And I must starting to do a routine exercise again.
