Hei, CONGRATULATIONS for you, Dear! Honestly, before you mentioned about this, I forgot to check my latest progress. Well, I think I gained a little weight, but after I measured my circles, I'm more than happy! Coz I remember my Mom told me that Food Combining method didn't make our weight decreasing drastically, but the fats from our body did. Coz the method worked to losing the fats not the muscles. Walo berat loe belom turun, tapi loe bisa ngerasain efeknya dengan baju2 lama loe. Weird, huh?

Can you believe this? No wonder I can use a skinny jeans now without looking like a Rice Sacks... ^^
Lo memotivasi gue lagi, Bay! Gue belakangan jadi males gara2 ujan, gak bisa olahraga di outdoor. Padahal alesan utamanya gara2 keasikan maen game... N gue dah mulai nyemil2 lagi. Hahahaha!!! Tapi nanti sore gue olahraga indoor deh. FIGHTING!
