Ann's Entry: Diet Tracker

Hei, CONGRATULATIONS for you, Dear! Honestly, before you mentioned about this, I forgot to check my latest progress. Well, I think I gained a little weight, but after I measured my circles, I'm more than happy! Coz I remember my Mom told me that Food Combining method didn't make our weight decreasing drastically, but the fats from our body did. Coz the method worked to losing the fats not the muscles. Walo berat loe belom turun, tapi loe bisa ngerasain efeknya dengan baju2 lama loe. Weird, huh?

Well, this is my latest progress...

Arm Circle : 35 cm 32.5 cm
Waist Circle : 76.5 cm 73 cm
Belly Circle : 87 cm 83.5 cm
Hip Circle : 99,5 cm 89 cm
Thigh Circle : 60.5 cm 56.5 cm

Can you believe this? No wonder I can use a skinny jeans now without looking like a Rice Sacks... ^^

Lo memotivasi gue lagi, Bay! Gue belakangan jadi males gara2 ujan, gak bisa olahraga di outdoor. Padahal alesan utamanya gara2 keasikan maen game... N gue dah mulai nyemil2 lagi. Hahahaha!!! Tapi nanti sore gue olahraga indoor deh. FIGHTING!

PS: Hari ini gue mulai bikikn Diet Tracker lagi deh, tp di satu entri aja ya...

  1. Bec: aduh pengen juga deh ngukur kyk lu gitu tp rasa malas gw msh terlalu besar hahaha ntar deh skali2.
    Klo lu fitnes jg awal2nya gitu kan suka berat malah naik tapi ukuran badan mengecil,gw ga peduli deh klo berat gw tetep ukuran badan gw menurun drastis hahaha

  2. Ann: Iyalah, sapa yang gak mau ukuran badan menurun drastis... he9. Iya, ini kayaknya gara2 otot gue baru kebentuk... he9 exccuse lagi. Abis kayaknya pola makan gue sekarang dah lebih teratur tp berat malah naek. Lu ngukur aja tiap akhir minggu.... Ditunggu ya chartnya... ^^
