Mo menghela napas dulu deh..... HHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhh.......
Mata sepet, dibuka kayaknya gak enak... Antara ada dan gak ada gairah untuk melakukan sesuatu hari ini...
Harusnya hari ini Perwalian, tp kayaknya besok deh... Soalnya Togar maunya besok. Padahal gue pengennya hari ini biar semua masalah bisa diselesaikan. Pengen cepet2 mulai kuliah mumpung udah semangat mau getol konsen di TA n kuliah. N sekalian menikmati saat2 terakhir sebelom gak jadi mahasiswa lagi. I passed my highschool year and I want go back, and know while I'm still in college I want to enjoy it as I can... Coz everytime I think that time can't turn back suddenly I feel sad. I'm scared I will regret and miss my college year when I'm a worker or a housewife...
Well, honestly the academic problems not just the first thought now... Another thought that flying in my mind is crambled into nothing... I don't know what I'm thinking right now... /Mood Bipolar mode on/
Thought that flying, running, and thumping inside my brain:
1. I had a monetary crisis right now, I only had Rp 70.000 on my wallet, and nothing at my ATM.
2. I'm a little corruptor. I owe my mom lot of money for college thing coz I used it for unnecessary things.
3. I'm on a panicky mode, how to told my Mom that I need some money to pay my college thing tomorrow. Even she knows why I use the money but I still feel bad to ask for.
4. I'm scare to meet my docents and lector tomorrow.
5. I'm dizzy thinking bout the bazaar thing. Need to do encoding for processing (data collecting).
6. Want to do something that can make some money, but too lazy to do it.
7. Thinking bout how much I ate lately... And had a flash think to be an anorexic or bulimic...
8. Bored with my life. No, not I'm cursing my life, but more into boring on my routinity... Just lazying all day long, hangout and being a little hedonist everyday... Need more adventuring and passionating life.
9. I hate myself coz I can't save up all my money, and my boyfriend is like that too. I'm scare to see my future with him... ^^ But I guess people will change as the time pass by.
10.Want to meet my friends but I can't.
11. the effect from Light Menthol got me so bad.
12. My stomach feel weird, I guess I'll have my period soon... Just want to lazying all day at my bed.
13. Just want to sit in my lazy chair, looking at the clear view, and have a blank mind.
14. Still uploading so much photos into my Facebook.
15. Want to sing and shout out loud!!! Refreshing my brain!!!
And my PMS really got me crazy now...

ANN'S DIET TRACKER #1...
I will wrote this track for the next 3 months. In a mission to decreasing my fats and reach my weight goal from 58.5kg to 48 kg. 10kg more to go... TT TT I'm using the Food Combining and other suggested method. And I will put my beauty treatment and other thing too here, coz not only inner beauty but we need outside beauty too... ^^
PS: Every 1 week, I'll make a new post.
Caution:
1. Don't mix carbohydrate (rice, potato, pasta, etc) with protein of an animal (meat, chicken, fish, etc). So you should eat carbohydrate with vegetables and protein of an animal with vegetables.
2. Eat fruits 1/2 hour before eat main course or 1 hour after main course.
3. Always having a healthy breakfast.
4. Eat dinner before 7PM.
5. It's okay to have a little snack a few hour after your main course.
6. Eat Yogurt or Soybean to help decreasing the fat from your body.
7. Exercising routinely. (it's a must!!!)
8. Stay away from stress.
1st Week
DAY 1 <15.01.09>
08.00 : Wake up
08.30 : Breakfast - half portion of Green Peas Porridge
09.30 : Take a Bath + using a Day Cream
10.30 : Snacks - 3 pieces of Fried Bananas, half bag of Cheese Pillow Pow
13.00 : Lunch - Rice + a piece of Padang's Fish
15.30 : Snacks - leftover of Cheese Pillow Pow
16.00 : Exercise - 30 minutes of Treadmill + Belly Sculpting set
17.30 : Snacks - a bottle of Soybean
19.00 : Dinner - a little portion of Fried Noodle + 2 spoons of Rice + a piece of Bisteak
21.30 : Take a bath
00.00 : Sleep
Notes: Still playing mini games a whole day, the radiation is really not good for my eyes and brain. Hari ini lom bisa Food Combining, soalnya lupa bilang ke Mom kl hari ini mo mulai diet.

12.00 : Bruch - leftover of last night Fried Noodle
16.00 : Exercise - Arm, Chest, and Back Sculpting Set
16.30 : Take a bath
17.00 : Afternoon Tea - homemade Fried Potato from 3 small potatoes
19.00 : Snacks - 2 pieces of Steam Cake
19.30 : Dinner - half body of Snapper Fish
21.00 : Snacks - a bottle of Soybean
00.00 : Sleep + using a Night Cream
Notes: My lunch was a mess, not in a right time. I don't have any appetite... TT TT
DAY 3 <17.01.09>
06.00 : Wake up
09.00 : Take a bath + using a Day Cream
09.30 : Breakfast - a Banana, a piece of Steam Cake
15.30 :Lunch - Rice + 2 pieces of Tempe + a portion of Sayur Pecel + a Kerupuk (a perfect Food Combining)
19.00 : Dinner - a bowl of Yamien Noodles
21.30 : Take a bath
00.30 : Sleep + using a Night Cream
Notes: Don't have any exercise today, coz it's a Free Day!
DAY 4 <18.01.09>
06.00 : Wake up
06.30 : Exercise - 1 hours of Walking + Belly Sculpting set
08.00 : Breakfast - half glass of Bubur Sumsum (not a fans of this porridge, just curious)
09.00 : Snacks - Chili Cassava Chips
11.30 : Take a bath + using a Day Cream
13.00 : Lunch - Rice + Sayur Asem (a perfect Food Combining lunch)
15.00 : Snacks - Chili Cassava Chips, 8 pieces of Jambu Air with Chili
18.30 : Snacks - 2 pieces of Sambal Tumpang
19.00 : Dinner - Rice + Ayam Woku
00.30 : Sleep + using a Night Cream

18.30 : Dinner - 5 spoons of Rice + Ayam Taliwang
19.30 : Snacks - a bottle of Soybean, Hairy Fruit Sweets
23.00 : Sleep + using a Night Cream
DAY 6 <20.01.09>
04.30 : Wake up
05.00 : Exercise - 15 minutes of Treadmill + Belly Sculpting set (just 15 minutes coz I thought today I'll be Mall walking, so yeah just an excuse... ^^)
05.30 : Breakfast - a Banana, 4 pieces of Siomay + 1 piece of Potato
07.00 : Snacks - a piece of Bagelen, a few pieces of Candies
13.00 : Lunch - a plate of C&C Meatball Spaghetti by Fast Eddie. Dessert - a small cup of Frozen Yoghurt by Sour Sally
18.00 : Afternoon Tea - share a glass of Cookies n Cream - Excelso
20.00 : Dinner - two chopsticks of Kimchi Soup + share a Kwetiaw Black Pepper + some pieces of Garlic Mushroom by Fat Ya (new brand from Duck King)
00.00 : Late Snacks - a piece of Bagelen, a piece of Spicy Chicken Leg
05.30 : Sleep
Notes: Today me n my friends went to Jakarta for all day long. It's such a great time, so i think we should eat a great food too... ^^
DAY 7 <21.09.09>
09.00 : Wake up, taking a bath + using a Day Cream
10.00 : Breakfast - 2 slices of White Bread + a glass of Hot Milk Tea
11.00 : Snacks - 6pcs of Small Meatballs, some Duku's
13.30 : Lunch - 5 spoons of Rice + some Meatballs + a piece of Chili Egg
19.00 : Dinner - some French Bread + half bowl of Chicken Soup
21.30 : Take a bath
00.30 : Sleep
