Exercise:
Swimming around 35 minutes

Big Summary:
Starting next monday I hope I can start to control what I consume again esp during dinner and stop consuming too many high calories FnB at the same day. And I must starting to do a routine exercise again.

Dinner:

Around 7 of 8 pieces of martabak bangka beef special

Summary:
I tried to eat at least only 3 pieces of martabak but the beef inside the martabak was delicious n I ended up with more than 3 pieces.

Notes:
Must use all my power to stop me from munching some non fat snack!!!

Summary
It had been quite a long time since my last sisha so it was quite fun eventhough honestly I'm not a big fans of sisha and becuse of yesterday now I'm craving for more french fries,but I'll do everything to stop me from eating french fries tomorrow.

Summary:
Still stuck with the annoying sickness and had nothing to do beside sleeping n eating.

Summary:
I can't stop eating because the delicious fried garlic butter sauce ><
It taste good with almost every food from the lobster to cireng,the only lame excuse that I used was the fact that I'm on recovery ^^

Summary:
I tried to balance what I consume again today esp for dinner. While during the lunch I lost the appetite to eating the whole noddle cause the chicken inside the dumpling was still lil red from the unwell done cooked progress. The waiters asked me if I want them to change the chicken but my mood already ruined so I told her no.

Summary:
Weekend is always my free day to eat,but the fact that I ate indomie n 2 portion of rice from hhb n kfc really bother me because the portion was quite large esp hhb.But since I'm sick I forgive my self cause I need energy ^^ *lame excuse* but I hate my self from eating the available snacks after I suddenly visited my auntie who also sick and had to stay in mmc ER for a few hours.

Exercise:
A quick 15 minutes belly n varioust exercise

Summary:
I dropped rice from my dinner today and replaced it with lot of protein,following sis MLA method since I ate too many foods these last few day.And today I realized that lately I stuck with traditional fruits from rambutan,nangka n today sawo hehehe

Dinner:
4 tsp of brown rice with beef abon

Supper by pizza hut:
1 slice of super supreme
1 herbal tea

Summary:
I ate too much this day and I can't remember the whole snack I stumbled into my belly ><

Summary:
I tried to convince my self that this day n the day before was a special family day,so I'm free to eat anything but still it can't stop the 'guilty feeling' in my heart hehehe

Summary:
Seriously regretting my decision to drank soda n ate ice cream at the same time,damn my weak self control over foods. Thank God I can stop my self from adding french fries into my already full of fat dinner.

Exercise:
50 x crunch

Supper:
1 glass of fruit cocktail

Summary:
It had been long time since the last time I drank my mom fruit cocktail and I love the meat n cheese inside the baked potato,make me craving for more ^^

Breakfast:
1 slice margarita pizza by domino's pizza

Lunch by kiyadon:
3 crunchy sushi *recommended,love it since the first I found this sushi with cat*
2 salmon sushi
2 glasses of Cold ocha
1\2 portion fried green tea tempura ice cream *recommended,always in love with fried ice cream and kiyadon is one of the perfect place to eat a delicious fried ice cream*

Snack:
1\2 cup of grande hot toffee nut latte starbuck
2 pieces of fried pangsit by gm

Dinner:
1 meat lovers look a like domino's pizza
Some nachos with salsa sauce

Exercise:
Hand,bottom,and belly exercise ± 20

Supper:
Organic beverage

Summary:
Why on earth the pizza stock still available in my hm!!!!!I ate too many carbo today from 2 slices of pizza,rice at the sushi,cornflake at the sushi to the nachos ><
Must eat less carbo tommorow!!!!

Summary:
Kinda dispointed with the dinner,it wasn't as good as I expected.

Summary:
I love my dinner tonight despite the amount of fat I gained hehehe it had been a long long time since I ate domino's pizza,I'm glad domino's pizza finally reopen their franchise in indo again ^^

I must start doing exercise again asap!!!

A lil portion of macaroni carbonara

3 Fried galah prawn
Boiled vegetables

Snack:
Around 1 ons of Nachos w/ salsa sauce
1 vanila yoghurt
2 pieces sugus

Dinner:
1 bowl of unknown soto by maraco house
1 mint tea

Snack:
Some mentos
3 or 6 pieces of nut

Supper:
1 glass organic vegetables n apple juice beverage

Summary:
Thank God I felt not too hungry around dinner so I only took a not so full bowl of soto at maroco house when there were many other delicious food they served for the guest.
