It's all about diet and losing weight again's diary

Nasibbb jadi cewe,kyknya berat badan dkk selalu menjadi salah satu topik utama,especially gw yg emang badannya gampang naikkkkkkkkk.Ini adalah curhatan hati gw yg lagi "terluka" klo inget berat badan gw skrg ^^

Pertama2 setelah hampir 3 bulan gw food control yg sangat amat tidak ketat n olahraga kecil2an, gw berhasil turun 2kg pas lebaran, kedua dengan suksesnya gw kurang lebih 2mgg lebaran di medan naik 1,5kg dan ketiga balik jakarta krn kecapean di medan tepar sakit plus ga lama stelah itu asam lambung kumat yg ngebuat gw jadi makan berat nyaris 3x sehari, akhirnya keempat gw naik 3kg hanya dlm waktu kurang lbh 1 bulan setelah nurunin 2kg dlm waktu hampir 3 bulan......TT_TT


Akhirnya dengan berat hati dr awal bulan ini gw bnr2 niat mo food control yg lbh ketat, emosi jiwa gw krn baju2 gw jd sempit!!!Bahkan ada satu terusan yg baru gw beli pas mau ke medan,begitu mo gw pake lagi bagian perut dan pinggang sempit hahaha
Sebeeeeel, padahal gw suka hikssss

Awal2 penuh perjuangan,aplg klo ud keluar rumah,godaan tinggi berat.Belum lagi gw tetap pake peraturan klo weekend boleh bebas cuma skrg gw tambahin bebas tapi tetap malam sebisa mungkin carbonya jangan nasi. Olahraga di rumah gw jg lebih rutin,sayang belum sempat lari n berenang, semoga minggu depan sempat.

Klo food control gw yg sebelumnya sebisa mungkin malam hindari nasi ato klo pengen bgt lebih dikit dr siang skrg gw bnr2 berusaha khusus malam karbonya ga dari nasi, kecuali siang gw ga mkn nasi. Gw berusaha bgt sehari cuma sekali dapat asupan carbo dr nasi, karena nurut dokter gizi sepupu gw n dokternya tmn gw si PTR nasi tuh paling "berbahaya", kecuali beras merah. Trus skrg gw juga kasih waktu makan berat terakhir dibawah jam 7 mlm plus rajin minum teh hijau n sebisa mungkin gw ga skip breakfast,selaen katanya mempercepat metabolisme juga buat mencegah asam lambung gw yg akhir2 ini makin gampang kumat klo bebarapa hari ngeskip jam makan. Ternyata hasilnya lumayan lo, dalam 2 mggan gw turun 2kg, trus gw nyobain juga tips teman gw buat makan berat terakhir dibawah jam 6, n kebukti ok juga krn beberapa hari turun 1/2 kg, ga heran badan teman gw itu kecil n mungil ^^

Tapi gw masih belum puas nih, karena waktu acara bday anak teman gw,gw ketemu sm tmn yg trakhir ketemu jaman2 pertengahan kul krn tmn gw itu klo gw ga salah ga selesai kuliahnya.Teman gw itu dgn amazednya plus serius bilang "bec kenapa lu jadi gendut bgt skrg??" huaaaaaaaaa

Klo kyk di komik2 gw ud kesamber gledek tuh hihihi. Ya gimana dia ga amazed, waktu msk kul berat gw normal, trus pertengahan kul itu salah satu moment terkurus dlm hidup gw stelah diet ketat pake nasi merah n srg skip ga makan mlm *diet yg lmyn ga sehat dan tidak gw anjurkan*. Gw sampe bisa beli celana panjang limited Jr n baju guess kids buat anak2 yg sampe skrg gw msh syok kok bs ya hahaha
Nah tapi karena gw ga olahraga,badan gw ga kenceng dan ga berasa pelan2 naik lg trus22222 sampe gw tamat, rata2 gara2 ke medan n stres skripsi. So bye2 celana panjang anak kecil gw hehe, padhal gw suka bgt sm tuh celana tp kayaknya cuma setahunan gw bs pake abis itu bablas naik ^^

Biar gw "mengutuk" teman gw atas kejujurannya, tp terpaksa gw terima kasih juga krn motivasi gw gede lg. Walaupun kyknya sih butuh perjuangan panjang buat gw bs sekurus dulu lg. Dulu itu berat gw 49an, sementara berat ideal gw klo pake hitung2an tinggi badan57-58 tapi mengingat badan gw lembek krn gw sangat amat tidak suka olahraga dulu, kyknya gw ga bs stick dgn berat badan ideal gw. Dulu aja waktu kul pas gw lg 49an badan gw tetap keliatan lebih besar dibanding tmn2 gw yg berat nya sama,thx to my badan yg lembek. Jadi skrg target realistis gw 55 kyk waktu gw lulus kul n skrg gw harus olahraga,minimal gw harus ngencengin tangan!!!

Skarang berat gw ud 58-59, jadi gw msh harus berjuang keras. So guys klo ada tips2 makan or exercise plz share with me ^_^

Bibliotheque

The newest coolest 'IT' lounge and place to hang out in the city of Jakarta,located inside the also coolest great architecture Sampoerna Building.

I love the place and the interior, too bad i came to this place without reservation during Saturday night, which meant full booked. In the end me n my friends ended up around the outdoor area that also lovely but compare to the indoor, its nothing ^^

I tried to search for the pics using google, but failed. Maybe bcoz this is a new place.The decor inside combine the elegant European library look a like *with a real library which mean you can read or probably rent a book according to the waiter*, a classic romantic dinner place and classy yet stylish bar with cozy sofa around the bar area. And if you want to 'feels' the real spark of this place, i recommend you to walk inside from the main entry.

One thing for sure i love to go back to this place for sure, to experience the real atmosphere inside. Meanwhile for the food and beverage, i can't say how amazing the menu since we only ended up with some drink,snack and desert because the table we seated were also booked, so we only spend time here around 1 hour or so, for a new place i found it amazing, according to the waiter the whole place inside outside were already full booked that night.

Anyway from snack,dessert and drink that we ordered, we can clearly says that the snack n co are delicious ^^

Semakin hari makin berubah n banyak aja keinginan gw, siapa tau suatu saat gw dapet kesempatan buat wujudin impian gw tapi gw mendadak lupa apa aja yg gw pengen ato gw idam2 kan,gw mo share My Dream *WISH* List at the moment disini:

Dulu cita2 abadi gw pengen banget someday punya my own boutique dan sampe skrg tetap ga berubah,cuma skrg turun peringkat aja jadi nomor 2 hehehe

Gara2 semakin banyak nya coffee shop or lounge akhir2 ini dan betapa hobinya gw n tmn2 gw nongkrong disitu ngobrol2 santai, hasrat gw jd tinggi. Gw pengen banget bikin yg cozy tapi stylish, untuk tempat ga usah gede2 bgt *klo bs gede juga Alhamdulillah :D* , model2 kyk Praline ato segede Domino's Pizza yg dikemang juga cukup. Yang penting gw mo buat dalamnya comfy dan buat orang pengen balik atau mininal tmn2 gw pd bisa nongkrong disitu ^_^

Dan klo gw ada rezeki buat yg gede, gw pengen buat yg kayak Soho,tempat enak buat ngobrol plus makanan juga enak. Yg pasti mo gede ato kecil harus ada sofa2 yg empuk,musik2 yg asyik,suasana yg buat orang betah lama2 n yg pasti mo balik lg.Gw ga pengen cuma sekedar tempat hip yg orang cuma penasaran datang sekali,foto2 trus ga balik lg.

Ini salah satu film yang nurut gw CEWE bgt dan salah satu film yang HARUS ditonton ma cewe2 seperti Confession Of the Shopaholic . Ini film nyeritain gimana Point of view (POV) cewe itu tentang cowo suka salah.

Dan kalau nonton film ini bisa buat kita yg nonton *khususnya cewe* buat komentar 'ya ampun bener bgt'. Dibilang bagus banget film ini juga nggak tapi emang buat cewe gw rekomen buat nonton film ini. Trus aktris dan aktor yang main di film ini juga cocok meranin karakter mereka di film dengan cukup ok. So worth to watch for girls and women ^^

Plot

The plot chronicles the romantic misadventures of nine individuals in their twenties and thirties. Gigi and Alex

Alex tells Gigi that Conor simply wasn't interested in her since he hasn't called, otherwise he would have definitely made a move. Gigi proceeds to go on several unsuccessful dates, often calling Alex during dates for advice. Alex then invites Gigi to a party he's having at his apartment. Interpreting this invitation as an opportunity to "co-host" the party, Gigi helps make food for guests, and stays behind to clean up. Janine, Ben, and Anna

Gigi's co-worker Janine (Jennifer Connelly) is starting to have difficulties in her marriage. Her husband, Ben (Bradley Cooper), begins cheating on her with Anna (Scarlett Johansson), a yoga instructor and aspiring singer. During his affair he reveals that he was never ready to marry Janine, and was forced between marrying her, or breaking up with her. Janine is unaware of this, and is focused on renovating their new home. On a particular day, she discovers a pack of cigarettes under some construction equipment. Concluding that it belongs to her husband since the renovators don't smoke, she gets upset because she had asked Ben to quit as her father had died of lung cancer. Janine confronts Ben, but he adamantly denies that they're his. Ben eventually tells Janine that he's been having an affair. Although initially upset, Janine attempts to salvage their marriage by surprising Ben at work; she proposes sex with him in his office to "bring back the fire". Ben agrees and they proceed to have sex, but Anna is hiding in the closet of Ben's office as they were also about to have sex until Janine knocked on the door. Janine eventually leaves, and Anna runs out of Ben's office soon after, disgusted by his actions. When Janine arrives home she begins to clean the house but discovers a pack of cigarettes in Ben's clothing, prompting an angry outburst. When Ben arrives home he finds all this clothes neatly folded with a carton of cigarettes and a note from Janine telling him she wants a divorce. Janine moves in to a new apartment by herself to start a new life.

Conor, Anna, and Mary

While in her secret affair with Ben, Anna is also casually dating Conor, but she isn't as interested in him as he is in her; Anna treats Conor more as a very close friend, while Conor wants to pursue a relationship with her. Soon after the incident at Ben's office, Conor goes to Anna's apartment and asks her to be his girlfriend. Anna agrees, but is still troubled by the end of her relationship with Ben. Anna and Conor continue their relationship but when Conor proposes buying a house and moving in together, Anna tells him honestly that she doesn't want to. Anna and Conor break-up, but both are happy just to remain friends. Meanwhile, Anna's friend Mary (Drew Barrymore) is a newspaper editor who also helps Conor promote his real-estate business. Like Gigi, she meets many men (mostly online) but all ending unsuccessfully. After Anna and Conor end their relationship, Mary runs into Conor having coffee and introduces herself to him as he had only ever spoken to her over the phone and never seen her in person. They both hit it off, and begin dating.

Beth and Neil

Gigi's other co-worker, Beth (Jennifer Aniston), is living with her boyfriend Neil (Ben Affleck), who is also friends with Ben, and who she has been with for seven years. Although Beth wants to get married, Neil does not believe in signing a piece of paper to say you love someone. After listening to a rant about relationships from Gigi, Beth becomes upset and starts thinking about her relationship with Neil. When she arrives home after work she asks Neil if he'll ever marry her; when he doesn't respond, Beth breaks up with him. Neil moves out to live in his boat while Beth goes home to see her family and to be a bridesmaid at her younger sister's wedding. During the reception, Beth's father has a heart attack. Beth constantly looks after her father: she brings him food and keeps him company, and cleans the house. Meanwhile all her sister's husband does is watch football, make a mess, and does not act concerned at all about his father in-law. Beth is constantly frustrated and worried, but Neil suddenly appears in the kitchen helping her wash dishes. Beth goes to see Neil on his boat and they get back together, telling him that he is more of a husband than her sister's husbands will ever be. Back at their apartment, Beth scolds Neil for bringing back a pair of pants she told him to leave on the boat. Neil insists that if she's going to throw them out then to check the pockets for any valuables. Bec's Review: Le Seminyak and Immigrant

This is another review by me,I luv writing a review lately to kill doin-nothing-time ^^

Here I come with 2 places:

Restaurant,Mostly Balinesse Food,@ Pacific Place

This restaurat is quite famous lately. its quite nice especially the bale-bale look a like seater. Its cozy and kinda remind you of the nature bale-bale in Bali.

I ate at this place by change since I'm not a big fan of balinesse food. But after I ate at this place,I think this restaurant worth it to be try on. The price is the average restaurant price these day around Rp.30.000-50.000 per portion.

When I ate I picked oxtail soup,I know its not balinesse food but since my belly was far from good that day,I decided to eat somthin warm.

Yet still the recommended food at this place is definitely the balinesse food. You can pick Nasi Campur Bali for a start,my friend who ate this told me the taste was great. And then pick the Asem Asem Soup *forgive me if I put the name wrong* its oxtail soup look a like but saltier and sweet at the same time. And don't forget to try the seafood.

One of my friend ate the Fish grill *not sure which type since I'm too busy with my hurt belly* but my friend and my other fried loves it. So it must be good ^^

This is one of the newest happening places in Jakarta. Lately Jakarta newest trend is changing from club to a nice place to just chill out and hang out,that's why many new places with lounge and similiar concept suddenly appears in Jakarta. And this place is one of best place amongst the newest.

The prices are the same with it rival such as Social House or Loewy.And like both of that places,I love this place. Its cozy and give you warm atmosphere so you can stay at this place for a long talk without you realize. And the decoration its also good.

Me and my friends are so into these kind of places lately,Club is fun because we love to dance but its too crowded for chat and maybe we already pass our clubbing euphoria during university day. So I recommended this place if you guys looking for a nice place to eat,chill or hang out and have a nice talk with your friends.

However if I have to choose between this and Social House,my fav place to chill out still Social House lounge,maybe because the semi outdoor area although Immigrant in my opinion have a better interior. So its up to you which one is your fav but Immigrant is definitely cool ^^

Terinspirasi sama film MoulinRouge yang baru gue tonton di cable for the fourth time. And gue masih aja terharu nontonnya. Coz it's one of the most romantics film I ever saw. Selain itu ada Love Actually juga. Jadi pengen nulis disini film2 apa aja yang pengen gue tonton, pengen beli DVD nya buat dikoleksi based on film2 yang lom pernah gue tonton... Here we go:

1. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

3.Dirty Dancing

Review: The hero of this pack of well-toned hoofers is Johnny (Swayze), the resort dance instructor who plays by his own rules, but can’t get anyone else to play along. Baby falls instantly for him, and she sees her chance to get closer to him and that rebellion when his lifelong dance partner, Penny (Cynthia Rhodes), suffers an unwanted pregnancy and botched abortion. Though Johnny is a two-step taskmaster, he and Baby quickly become close. She gives him courage and confidence; he gives her the strength to break free from her family ties. Despite the syrupy dramatics, Dirty Dancing is still immensely appealing and Grey is the reason. Yes, I know Swayze became huge because of this movie, but I think it was more because of his physical presence. We all know he’s good looking, that women will fall for him like lemmings off of a cliff. But he has to fall for Grey, who is adorable, but certainly not a beauty queen. Most importantly, the audience has to buy them as a couple. Grey doesn’t drip with teen sensuality or flash a come hither stare. She giggles inappropriately, she curses herself for not getting dance steps right. By embodying every awkward young adult emotion about falling in love, she makes you want the romance to work. In the process, she also validates all the soap opera theatrics that revolve around her. Credit must also be given to the late Emile Ardolino, who directs the intimate scenes with Swayze and Grey with a seductive restraint that borders on the unbearable—check out the bedroom slow dance. The movie eschews sex and teenage tomfoolery for real emotions and comes out of the corner dancing up a storm.

4.Gone With the Wind

Review: Scarlett O'Hara is in love with drippy Ashley Wilkes, and is devastated when he announces that he plans to marry his cousin Melanie. Genre: Fantasy, Adventure, Heroic, Love
Review: The story of Big Fish is quite simple. Will Bloom (Billy Crudup) returns home to spend what little time he has left with his dying father Edward (Albert Finney) after not speaking with him for three years and to give support to his mother Sandra (Jessica Lange). Will needs to find out the truth about who his father really is. As a boy he was told many stories of how his father, when he was a young man (played by Ewan McGregor) lived his life. Those stories, far fetched as they may have seemed, were believed way past Will's adult years and now he wants to know why so many lies about his father's life were told to him and others repeatedly and so proudly.
Big Fish is a story upon a story upon a story. So many outrageous, scary, and exciting stories unfold. Those stories are amusing, clever, eerie, and warming to the soul. But, are those stories real or just fables told so many times that they indeed become more of a work of non-fiction than just a make believe story told to amuse the listener?
